Online Cyber Monday Deals to Rival Black Friday Doorbusters and Savings

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 26, 2009 – In an effort to bounce back from last years subpar shopping season, many retailers are offering extended discounts this season to encourage shoppers to spend their money.  As evidenced by the deals listed on many online deal sites and coupon sites, retailers are providing discounts for the entire Thanksgiving weekend. Looking at the site http://GoPromoCodes.com you can clearly see that these online deals are available for more than just Black Friday.  The site lists Dicks Sporting Goods 15% off coupon which lasts from Thanksgiving through CyberMonday.  It also lists $5 off coupons for Target, Sears and Kmart that can be redeemed online that also last through the Holiday season as well as a Steve Madden 25% off coupon that goes through December 7th.

"This year, more than in years past, it seems like the online stores are offering their discounts for a longer time period," says Tyler Stauss, president of GoPromocodes.com. "I am getting offers from retailers that last beyond Black Friday. They go through Cyber Monday, some even through Cyber Week all the way to Green Monday. Its quite a change from years past."

These extended savings allow people to choose how they do their holiday shopping. They can still wake up early on Friday and head to the stores, or they can shop online at their leisure over the weekend. Stauss definitely suggests shopping online as he says you can find "better deals and additional savings online with none of the hassle of shopping in stores."

Its up to the shoppers to choose what they want, but this year it seems as if they have additional options.
