Nokia N86 – Nokia’s first 8MP Multimedia Phone

PRLog (Press Release) – Aug 01, 2009 – Nokia has developed a new mobile in Multimedia N series -- Nokia N86, a 2-way slide dual-mode mobile computer supporting WCDMA/HSDPA, EGSM, and WLAN. This revolutionary phone features variable aperture, which results in vibrant photos even in challenging bright and low-light conditions. The fast mechanical shutter and Automatic Motion Blur Reduction ensure shorter latencies and less motion blur. Processing times between pictures have been more than halved in comparison with many other camera phones. Also its high-speed connectivity ensures easy and convenient sharing.
This mobile includes a wide-angle Carl Zeiss Tessar lens for panoramic pictures, shorter latencies and variable aperture for super sharp photos in both bright and low light conditions, and it's optimized for both video and still imaging. In this device, uploading pictures and videos on social networking sites like Ovi Share and Flicker is fast and simple with its high-speed connectivity. With 8GB of internal memory, this gadget provides enough space for up to 4000 photos and the memory can be increased even further with an exchangeable 16GB microSD card.
Aside of these features, this device also offers a bright OLED screen with scratch resistant hardened glass, easy photo management, full sync capability with a PC and TV-out support for slide shows. It also comes with a built-in compass, along with a trial navigation license for driving thereby promoting the significance of pedestrian navigation. With all these sufficient features, Nokia N86 is soon going to hit the markets in the second quarter of 2009.
